"And let us consider one another to provoke unto good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching." He. 10:24-25

Through worship, work or recreation, fellowship is important. Calvary provides a wide variety of opportunities to interact with fellow adults. Some of the recreational aspects have been men's basketball, co-ed volleyball, bowling, and golf. We are talking about a "Friday Fishing Fellowship" for anglers.

Calvary sponsors banquets, picnics and many other "food functions" including our annual men's and annual ladies baking contest. Laughter and fun fellowship is wonderful. At the same time however, we enjoy prayer times, leadership retreats, men's and women's conferences, Bible Studies as well as corporate worship.

Every Sunday morning a number of Bible study options are available. The inquisitive adult may choose from a Young Married's Class, Money Management, Experiencing God, Personal Holiness, Parenting, Acts to Bible Basics and more.

We believe the church is a battleship, not a luxury liner. On the "S.S. CBC" there are many opportunities to serve. Teaching, AWANA leaders, bus/van driver, hospitality, maintenance, serving ministry are just a few of the areas where we desire and receive commitment from our members.

Each Sunday, a faithful couple holds a service at local nursing homes. The residents come to expect and enjoy their "service" each week complete with music and preaching from God's Word. The senior population of the White Mountains are growing and so is the need for increased ministry in this area.

Another great blessing over the years are the number of men and women who donate their time to work on facility enhancements. Calvary is currently occupying a wonderful facility and it is debt free - made possible by the great amount of volunteer effort.
