Intimate Encounters is a program designed to make good marriages even better, while serving to revitalize lackluster marriages and help to repair failing ones. These classes are taught off campus in the homes of those who attend, and host families are those who voluntarily agree to do so. This provides a more casual atmosphere and the ability to build relationships with other couples. Intimate Encounters is taught by Pastor Rick Finney, Family Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, and is supplemented by a DVD series produced by Dr. David Ferguson and Jim Walter. All married couples are invited to attend, however due to the nature of this class, pre-registration is required. Classes are currently meeting on Thursday evenings from 5:30-8 P.M. and Friday evenings from 6-8:30 P.M.
